Ingredients: 2 x 15L Kissaki FWK kit by All Inn Brewing
1 x 10L Mineral Water
Yeast : 2 x Saflager S-23
OG : 1.047 (28/07/21 @ 18:30)
FG : 1.011 (07/08/21@ 18:30)
ABV: 4.7 %
Fermented in the Fermzilla under pressure. Started with an airlock for the first couple of days untill fermentation had established, at which time it was changed to a spunding valve set at 10psi. After a few days the pressure was increased to 15 psi. Once ferment was near completion, the temperature was raised for a diacetyl rest and ensure full attenuation, then the chamber was cold crashed prior to kegging. Keggs were transferred to the conditioning fridge and carbonated at 12psi @2C
